The sublime setting of Overtown Manor makes it a perfect choice for any kind of event. Whether it’s a team away day, off site meeting, yoga retreat, or just a break from daily routine, the one thing that’s guaranteed is you’ll be served the finest, healthiest food to help concentration and ensure energy levels are kept up throughout the day.
Our Dining room can be configured to your needs. A large meeting table, or more informal seating can be arranged accordingly and lunch or snacks can be served in our beautiful farmhouse kitchen. For presentations we have a large projector screen and flip charts available. In our dining room we can accommodate up to 20 people. We are in the process of updating our remote conferencing facilities.
We have one 7kw untethered EV charging point. This is supplied by VoltShare and can be accessed via their app. This is for guest use only and a code can be given to access this facility on request.

Celebration of Life
The peaceful gardens of Overtown are the perfect place for a private celebration of life. Away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, the beautiful private gardens can cater for up to 60 guests. We can offer an ‘Afternoon Tea’ of mini sandwiches, local mini sausages, homemade chocolate brownies, homemade lemon drizzle cake, homemade flapjacks and mini scones with clotted cream and strawberries (when in season).
Family and friends are very welcome to gather in the house or gardens for celebration tea followed by time to reflect and wander through the tranquil gardens.
When the weather is warm and sunny family and friends are very welcome to wander through the beautiful English garden and huge vegetable garden, or if the weather is not so good, you can make use of the old dining room and drawing room with log fires. There is a projector and screen available for photo slideshows and free off road private parking. Prices start at £20 per head and include exclusive hire of the house (downstairs for up to 3 hours), parking, afternoon tea and hot drinks. We can also provide alcoholic and non alcoholic cold drinks.
