We have 2 meeting rooms available for hire. The dining room, which seats up to 20 in a boardroom layout. And the drawing room which seats up to 12 in a more relaxed setting with sofas.

£780 inc vat for up to 8 people. Additional guests charged at £66 each.
Retreats
Overtown Manor is a tranquil countryside retreat venue, offering beautiful gardens, a pool and breathtaking walks.
Our dining room can be transformed into a versatile studio space for yoga, Pilates, meditation, art classes, and more.
We have 10 separate beds available in the main house, and a further 3 in the cottage.
The price for 2026/27 is £1350 per night for Friday and Saturdays and £1000 per night mid-week (minimum 2 nights).
Late checkout available upon request.
End of Life Celebrations
Family and friends are welcome to gather in the house or gardens to share memories and reflect. In warmer weather, guests can explore the beautiful grounds, while the dining room and drawing room with log fires offer a cosy alternative in cooler months.
Our hire rate is £150/hr (3 hrs max) for up to 60 guests. This gives you exclusive private use of the gardens and house downstairs and includes all set up, log fires, parking attendant, waiting staff, screen and projector for photos etc. It also includes clear up after the event.
Food is charged at £28 per head and includes a traditional afternoon tea with mini sandwiches, local sausages, a selection of home made cakes, scones and seasonal fruits. We are fully licensed and have an alcoholic drinks list available if you wish.
Location House
Overtown Manor is also available as a private location house for film and photography. With easy access from London and the M4, on-site parking, and a peaceful, private setting, it offers a versatile and discreet backdrop for productions and shoots.
