Garden Cottage
Our Garden Cottage can be enjoyed on its own, or for larger groups it is an ideal addition to Overtown Manor. There is a hidden gate which can be opened to connect the two properties via the vegetable garden.
Inside, the cottage is warm and inviting, with a cosy sitting room and working log fire, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a comfortable dining space.

Beautiful Gardens
Fresh, home-grown seasonal produce that travels just yards from garden to kitchen—not miles. Whether you’re looking for a nourishing meal to revive you, or simply a view to feed the soul, the garden is a place to awaken the senses as much as the appetite.

Pool and Games Room
Games room in the cellar, with a pool table, table tennis and dart board. Exclusive use of the garden and swimming pool (pool available mid-May to 1st September, we can keep it open in September and October for cold water swimming for retreats). Outside dining and seating in the summer

Bed and Breakfast
Six individually styled bedrooms for a restful stay.
Breakfast is a highlight: from homemade granola, banana bread, jams, and local honey to a hearty full English Wiltshire breakfast. In a rush? Our “breakfast on the run” ensures you won’t leave hungry.

Cooking Courses
You can come and learn to cook a particular dish or just get some basic skills in a one to one session with Nancy. Alternatively, bring your friends/family and cook as a group. Spend some quality time together and enjoy a delicious, nutritious meal.

Animal Friendly
We have a range of animals on site including dogs, chickens, horses, cows, and Boris, our much-loved farm cat.
We are happy to welcome well-behaved dogs. However, we kindly ask guests to follow a few simple rules.
